Words, like violence, break the silence.

How many bricks does it take to complete a brick wall?

It takes one brick to complete a brick wall.

You can see nothing else
When you look in my face,
I will look you in the eye
And I will never lie.
What am I?

Your reflection in the mirror.

Much to her husband's joy, Nadia has returned from the war! He drives out to pick her up from the army base, and they decide they're going to go out on a trip somewhere. They're cruising down the road, and pass a sign that says 'Golf - Next Right'.

"Maybe we should go golfing?" her husband suggests.

Nadia replies "Not there, we won't."

They drive another mile or so, and pass a sign that says 'Hotel - Next Right'.

"A hotel! Maybe we should go check it out, see if there's anything nearby worth visiting."

"Nah, just keep driving."

Another mile or so down the road, they pass yet another sign, this one says 'India - Next Right'

"India? My word! What are we going to pass next?" Her husband says.

But Nadia just smiles, because she knew what would be at the next exit. She turns to her husband and says "Sorry to spoil the surprise early, but the next sign will say _____." And sure enough, she was right.

What's at the next exit, and why?

Juliett - next right, because it's next in the Phoenetic Alphabet.

A cloud was my mother, the wind is my father, my son is the cool stream, and my daughter is the fruit of the land. A rainbow is my bed, the earth my final resting place, and I'm the torment of man. Who am I?

YES! Quite so!

A man goes, shoots his wife four times and puts her under water for twenty minutes. After that, he goes and has diner with her.

How.

Guessing it's a play on words...like holding a glass of water above her head, and maybe the shooting is shots of alcohol?

Okay...new guess. The man is a doctor and he's taking his wife to some nice location and needed to give her immunization shots. Then they go snorkeling.

Maybe.

He's a photographer? I really have no idea.. I just played off the word, "Shoot"

Then under the water.. He had to develop the picture the neat-o way me and some friends do when we take pictures. I think it is twenty minutes too.

Omygosh do I win? : D

I don't know for sure, but it seems good to me.

Now, to move this thread on. Very Happy

And a long tail which she let fly;
And every time she went over a gap,
She left a bit of her tail in a trap.
